Posting every day is hard when you're cleaning all day. The fix is to decide the month once: the mix of posts that fits your goal, a fixed time of day, and then schedule them all in one sitting.
Pick the mix for your goal
Different posts do different jobs. Lean on the ones that match what you need most this month:
- More new clients: offers and before-and-afters, the posts that make people call.
- More recurring clients: trust posts (your promises, your team, your story) so one-time cleans turn into every two weeks.
- More Google reviews: real client reviews and friendly asks that send people to Google.
- Hiring: help-wanted posts that bring in reliable cleaners.
- Just staying consistent: a balanced mix that keeps your pages active.
Whatever the goal, keep some variety: useful cleaning tips people save and share, a poll now and then that gets people commenting, and your seasonal offer.
Same time, same days
Pick the days you'll post (three to five a week is plenty) and one time your clients are usually on their phones, like lunch or early evening. Keep it the same every week. A steady rhythm matters more than posting a lot.
Schedule the month with Meta Business Suite
Meta Business Suite is free and posts to your Facebook Page and Instagram for you.
- Open Meta Business Suite: the app on your phone, or business.facebook.com on a computer.
- Tap Create post and pick your Facebook Page and Instagram account.
- Add the post's image and paste its caption.
- Choose Schedule and set the date and time.
- Repeat for the month. On a computer it takes about 15 minutes.
Facebook and Instagram can be scheduled ahead. Google posts and TikTok go out on the day, so set yourself a reminder for those mornings.
Check what worked
At the end of the month, look at which posts brought taps, messages and bookings, not likes. Do more of those next month.
