Delete your Facebook and Instagram data
Sudsy Social, run by Branded Monthly. Our app on Facebook is called “Branded Monthly”.
What we keep from Facebook and Instagram
Only if you connect Facebook and Instagram in Sudsy Social, and only to publish the posts you choose:
- Your Facebook user ID and name
- The Facebook Pages you chose to share (ID, name and an encrypted access key)
- The Instagram professional account linked to each Page (ID and username)
- An encrypted access key for your Facebook login
- The IDs and links of posts you published through us
How to delete it
- In Sudsy Social: Connections → Facebook and Instagram → Disconnect. We immediately ask Meta to remove our access, delete your access keys and Page list, and cancel posts that haven’t gone out. Links to posts already published stay in your posting history until you delete your account.
- On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → find “Branded Monthly” → Remove. Facebook tells us automatically, and we delete everything listed above, including post IDs and links, and you get a confirmation code to check here.
- Ask us: send a privacy request with the email of your Sudsy Social account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
- Delete your account: Account → Delete my account deletes your Sudsy Social account and everything in it.
Posts already published stay on your Facebook Page and Instagram until you delete them there.
